Thought id post a piccie of my new Carbon wrapped dash. What you think to my handy work?

I started to paint mine, I wouldnt really have started but the dash was covered in scratches. Fitting it back on it started to chip off. Id spent ages prepping, sanding,priming,painting etc but didnt look good so i thought id wrap it. I glued it around the inside edges of the air vents to stop it deciding to peel when the heaters on hot

yeah the bubble free stuff. gotta do the other air vents. Dunno what next then. I ordered a few meters of the stuff so got plenty to have a go at.

it was all one piece apart from the heater dials/cubby hole/cupholder. I did take my time to get it to line up as best as possible. I've just done the side vents. Next I'm gonna do my wing m irrors me thinks. Should be fun, hehe :-)

Its not too bad. Must have an hairdryer/heatgun. Hardest bit was around the heater dials where their raised, but take your time and it'll get there. All in took me about a day including removing dash and refitting. Take time cutting out for switches!!. If it creases or you get air bubbles just reheat and try again.
