Featured Replies

Helloooo, thought i'd post one of these as I've been meaning too for a while but haven't really been bothered haha.

I drive a Dragon Green Polo 6N which I've driven for just under a year (First Car ;)) Got it and it was completely standard, done a few things to it, not many pictures of it currently, I'm in a local car club called TwoTwenty (http://www.facebook.com/twotwentydivision) for anyone thats in and around Worcester that's interested. This car was given to me as a present by my Mum who bought it from new she only used to go too and from the shops :p.

The first mod was getting myself some coilies, stumbled across some TA Technicks, grabbed them like a packet of choccy digestive biccys! (Haven't got any pictures though :() But decided they were too harsh for me, so bought a new set of Weitec's..

Then I stumbled across a set of G60 Steels, all pretty much brand new tyres for £130.. Got them refurbed in Gloss Black. And this is how he stood for a while.

Decided it was time for a change and time to be a bit original, found these bad boys, and bought them there and then.

In that last picture, it looks like its quite low for a 6n on 16s, are your coilovers all the way down?

I wish they were, theres a sharp bit on the inside of my arch which is stopping me from putting them all the way down, they're about 5-10 turns from being all the way down, front's are about 10 from being all the way down.

Still think that sticker is foul Dom,

also - isn't that a big risk having a sharp spike in your arch? I'd get a bat or a rubber mallet to that sharpish (excuse the pun)

Yep, don't wanna touch it incase I do more damage..

You need to be flush and tucking tyre top pull off that stretch man..

car look's clean though

Just file the sharp bit down, I'd love to see this really low, not many people have put 16s on a 6n and gone low

It's lower than that usually, it was the camber of the carpark that I was parked on.

Put the front down man

Looks like your reverse raking (might be car park camber as mentioned)

No matey, it's like a proper peice of body work, kinda the size of a 5p coin sticking out from the arch panel into the arch itself..

Notch the front, can tuck those nicely!

Nice rear lights ;)

EDIT: We need a pic of this said sharp edge...

This reminds me so much of my old car :( Whoever did the spraying did a pretty good job, can't even notice!

No excuse for the L spec interior either ;)
