Good points: I've owned this car around 18 months now, i bought the car for spares or repairs after failing its MOT, I quite frankly think the guy got mugged by the MOT tester as a a couple of hours work had the car road worthy, throughout ownership i have looked after the car and bought whatever it needs, Before the car go's i will be giving it a full service for the new owner. The car has Full VW service history up to a little while ago, the car was originally owned by the daughter of a VW mechanic. This is a really one off car in my eyes given the amazing condition its in despite its age, the rare colour its painted in and the registration. The body is original as it came out of the factory, with having had no body repairs or paint, the sills and battery tray are rock solid, theres even no rust on the underside of the car, its the same colour as the body, its gonna be a shame to sell this car because id say its the best one I've ever owned, having owned around 20 mk2/3's thats saying something.

Bad points: Hardly any bad points in my opinion, if you were been picky there a couple of small car park dents here and there, no more than 2 or 3 though.

i was more thinking the range of about 600-700 as I'm bit strapped for cash as my insurance is ova 2k... if taxed and tested i could probably get the money in bout 2 weeks...

and you say the engine is fine, needs no work doing to it??

the car is mint, on the road and ready to go, engine has full service history and will be given a full service before it goes, thats a fair enough offer, would have to be in around £700 though for me to let it go
