Just a quickie, I have got a new 6n. The door closes fine. no troubles.

When driving at 40mph+ i can hear a loud whisltling coming from my drivers door, when i touch the seals there is a lot of air coming through, if i pull the door to me, it stops. The seals look brand new.

Could the latch be worn or bent so it doesn't pull the dorr close enough.

Or am I just too picky?

try adjusting the door catch in abit so the door shuts tighter in the door shut.

Just loosen off the screws on the door catch on the B pillar, adjust slightly, tighten back up and try.

Trial and error really.

Yeah. Just crack them and tap it across in small increments, as said above, trial & error
