Am only just starting from scratch and my polo needs everything done.

Looking to just get it up to working order so I can get it through an MOT and tax it as is currently in another county from me so I can get it closer!

Looking just for 4 basic 13" tyres to get it moving! cheaper the better but good enough to get through an mot
