1.05 & 1.3 8v Budget Bike carb intake manifolds, Mild steel, Tig welded £55.

Featured Replies

Yo,

Gonna be making a manifold up to fit motorbike carbs to an 8v head,

They consist of a mild steel flange, with mild steel tubing TIG welded in place to form the runners.

All work is profesionally done, and to a high standard as always.

If you can supply me with the carb spacing dimensions, i can also include this in the design for a perfect fit.

I'm calling these "budget" manifolds because of the material and simplicity.

Price: £55 delivered.

Lead time: ~ 2 weeks (depending on work load)

Who would want one?

For an AFH?

when you say 1.3, any chance this is the same 1.3 found in early 6n's?

Sorry, should have made that clearer.

To be totally honest, I don't know wether they're the same.

But if you could give me the dimesions of the mounting hole spacing, and the port size and spacing. I could certainly fabricate you one.

The best way would be for you to rub a wax crayon over a sheet of pape, over an inlet manifold or cylinder head.

@Rossy, if its an AFH engine then it shouldn't be a problem...

Yes mate I'd 100% have one

id have 0ne if it fitt the gt head and cbr 600s but would want 4 x vac take off nipples welding in the back of each port and a servo nipple welding on the side would be willing to pay extra for the extra work so give us a pm pal cheers mike

i would want one in about a weeks time would you still be doing these then?

cheers
