Here for Sale/Swap we have my 1996 Vw Polo 1.4 16v, I bought this car with intentions of making it my project car, But now my intentions and circumstances have changed, so the car needs to go, Or needs to be swapped for a Vw Caddy box van or similar.

The car as you can see is completely standard, (quite hard to find a 16v standard these days) apart from a cd player. Its not in the best of condition (bodywork wise) but i know these cars sell well for bits - But id rather not split and either Sell or Swap.

Interior is in good condition with original vw mats, only down side is the Drivers seat which has a small tear and hole in the bolster. (pictured)

I have a parcel shelf for the car,, but is not pictured.

This is no show winning car, as over the years a few rust spots have broken out on the car,

N/S/F Sill has a small hole in it, the size of a 1 penny piece (Also pictured)

N/S/R Arch could do with some attention. Paint also cracking.

O/S Sill has a few patches or rust bubbles.

However the paint work seems to be in good condition with only a few scuffs and light scratches,

N/S Alloy Wheels have a few curb rashes, 3 Wheels have good part worn tyres on them

1 is barely legal but was good enough to pass MOT.

Engine is reasonably clean and unmolested. On cold starts the engine wurls slightly, but once warmed up it clears and runs smooth.

Starts first time every time, and pulls straight and true in every gear.

Given the correct time and effort this could make a nice tidy little motor.

If the asking Price is met or if i get the swap i want, I will replace the Bonnet, the N/S/R tailight (old one was cracked) i'll throw in the parcel shelf and replace the gear knob as it currently doesn't have one.
