1989 Tornado Red Breadvan Gt'd

Looks good. Whats the engine spec, and where did you get the solid lifter from, sounds interesting.

By the sounds of it you'll want some wider tyres as has been suggested. Its very well being a sleeper, but if you can't use the power, or its dangerous too, little pointless!

I really need some tyres!

I am willing to swap either my set of 4 p slots with 8 tyres or my swissvax kit for a good set of 165/55/13s

I will consider swapping the whole lot for a good set of wheels and tyres to fit my breadvan

Let me know!

little bit done yesterday,

took out the piper cam and swapped it for a gt one,

also fitted the standard pulley

fitted a standard gt airbox so if anyone wants my pipercross i will sell it for £25 and bring it to poloshow on sunday.

i also found out that the car had been timed using cylinder 4 instead of cylinder 1.... whoops! and the distributor cap wasnt on properly.

and! apparently my rear brakes are completely shot and give no stopping power!!!

This is now sorted, also getting the brakes done on friday

widen rear arch to accomodate the wheels

colour code the mirrors

electric aerial

de-cat pipe and 4 - 1 manifold

paint calipers and drums

sort the bodywork so front wings and doors

coupe s clocks and red surround

respray trim pieces

mk1 chrome bumpers

red stripe on grill

*full respray at some point in a very recognisable colour :-D *

and some other bits that I'm keeping a secret :p
