Is it the tyres moving, top mounts gone, spring moving or CV joint gone? Anyone know what it is?

could be cv joint... thats what was wrong with the micra when i went round tight corners or full lock!

We replace shit loads of top mounts on Peugeots for knocking noise on full lock (I know it's not a polo but could point in the right direction)

I've just replaced top mounts on my 6k but that clunk was a single clunk as I turned to full lock, quiet as it went round the corner and then another single clunk as I straighten up.
