Cars been extremely good to me and its been well looked after, only looking to sell/swap because I do a lot of motorway driving. Recently just changed radiator, brand new genuine VW TPS sensor (costing just shy of £100 alone), Genuine blue temp sensor, all new coolant, new genuine exhaust gasket and new genuine Rocker gasket... all that was done less than a month ago.

The engine runs really well and pulls extremely hard. It's got a S/S de-cat manifold with stand exhaust system, 8k chip, G-Laderseite ARB blocks, Nylon Engine mount, Polo 6N Alloy rocker cover and 6N engine plastics. Not 100% sure what suspension kit its got on it but I chopped the front springs by two coils and I changed the rear suspension for Mk1 golf coilovers.

I changed the interior for Mk2 Golf GTi seats, but can put original GT seats back in (your choice). Fly-eye film over the front indicators and headlights. Pressed metal plates with plastic number plate holders. I do also have the front GT badge in good condition as well.

Havnt decided what set of wheels it'll come on it, but it'll either be Standard steels with GT caps 13", Mattig 7j steels 13"or BBS RA's 15", all three sets have pretty much brand new tyres on.

Odd question but I'm in cornwall with my girlfriend and her family for her mums 50th,

fancy swapping for a 6n2 colour concept tdi in black whilst I'm down?

Its not got much tax or m.o.t left on it but I've done pre m.o.t checks on it and its sound as it is.

(thought i should mention the short m.o.t and tax first!)

No mods bar an air filter, and one side of the hanbrke cable has popped off but not snapped.

Pops back in easily and needs a wee tighten.

Previous owner had stickerbombed the front wings and ruined the paint underneath,

so i replaced them with cheaper ones I had painted buth theyve began to bubble a tiny bit.

Its returned 70mpg all the way from glasgow and got me down no problems at all.

Less than a month ago it had every forte treament through it that I have

along with all the service parts it needed (I work in a garage so all the forte stuff just what is there for me :-D )

Its got almost all of the service history and recipts with it bar when I've owned it because I've stupidly lost mines,

But i can promise you since owning it its had the timing belt done and and oil and filter change done every 5,000.

if your not into it then fair play, can imgine this sounds daft as I just happen to be in cornwall whilst your selling up,

but I have honestly always loved this car and it was the main inspiration for old mk3 if I'm honest haha!

Loved it with the alleycats on it!

Its what made me choose them for my old one too!

If you dont fancy it i'll had up the road at the end of the week and get mines taxed and m.o.t'd

hopefully sell it one time to come back down to get this haha!
