I've just bought a mk3 bready and aparently the arches have been rolled but not sure how much by.

I've also bought some bbs RM 15" 6.5j will these bolt on a 60-40 drop? or will i need to buy coilovers?

coilovers wont help you. the right tyres will. you'll need to run 165/50s anything wider will scrub, anything with a taller profile will scrub.
