2007 Polo GTI - cigarette/ashtray light not working

Hi,

The light has stopped working that illuminates the ring around the 12v socket and the ashtray. I'm assuming the bulb is loose/has blown, as the socket still provides power if you plug in a sat nav or something.

Does anyone know how you get at the bulb to replace it?
