Featured Replies

this is my 1984 breadvan, was pretty mint when i first got it in july! hence the 'was mint' only done 28 thousand miles. I'm the 3rd owner of it, the first owner was an old women who hardly drove it, then a man bought it for his son 2 years ago who never passed his test then got a bike apparently so its been garaged.

Engine: 1 litre 4 speed

Suspension: front coilovers and rear spax nitrous springs n shocks

Interior Styling: dark grey gt seats, blue carpet and fake blue leather door cards

Well I've got a gt lump waiting to put in it, then I've just gotta try and find some wheels! But there's too many wheels I want ahaha, but my budgets pretty tight so I might just get some 13" bbs ras and get em sprayed light gold with a polished lip

At the end of summer me and a few mates went on a cruise round london and whilst sitting at some red lights a bloody taxi drive went straight into the back of me :x but because it was dark it looked like there wasnt much damage so i left it. the next day i noticed that my bumper and the metal bar behind it was a bit bent!

after taking the bumper off me and my mate tried to straighten it back but it didnt seem to work. we then held a side each and ran at a post with a bit of speed and it worked! (well a bit) so here it is now :crybaby

Looks proper mint, I think there is a concourse car waiting to break out there to be honest.

And cheers guys! :-D

Oh bad times! Ran at a post lol that made me laugh  you can pick up 13" ra's pretty cheap, i paid £120 for mine with 4 decent tyres on them and in propper good condition, how low have u got it sitting and what coilovers have u got on the front??

yeah I've found some 14" ra's for sale from the guy i bought the bready off of. he wants £200 for em with some decent tyres...... sounds quite alot so I'm gonna have to get him down to around £130ish hopefully haha. and i dunno what coilovers they are as i got em second hand. ill put some pics of them up in a bit, and I'm down as low as my massive tyres will let me!

well i was saving up for some wheels............... buuuuut my bad luck with cars has hit its lowest point! a few weeks ago i hit a rabbit which dented the front in along with taking the splitter off1 then on thursday my head gasket blew then i fixed that over the weekend but i started the car when the timing was a bit out and might of bent the valves................ so either need to rebuild the head or get a new engine now!

Car looks v. nice mate, one of the few breadies I actually like!

Shit news about the rabbit and head. But at least while the head is off you can do some work to it and get it nice and clean. Get the dremmel into those ports and smooth them off......
