Just wondering if you can get 239mm by 20mm discs in standard calipers or are you limited to 10mm thickness? thanx

you need calipers stamped vwII to take the wider ones

'86-'94 cars already have carriers for vented 239's, But the VWI calipers fitted don't reach. So like Steveo says, VWII calipers are needed (along with the pads for vented discs, as they're slimmer and the original pads won't squeeze in).
