1997 polo 1.4

Featured Replies

hi

I have been registered on here for a bit now so thought i would start a thread about the car i bought a couple of month ago.

I had a saxo that i wrote off in december and while looking for another car came accross this polo which is a 1.4 cl polo 3 door in grey.

When i bought it the engine was running sweet but the body work was crap. SO fr the money i paid for it (£400) i didnt think was bad considering it had just had a new clutch, cambelt 6months tax and mot and a full service. with 96k on clock.

Not really done much to it up to yet part from start too sort bodywork out and put a exhaust on it and obviously the sound system.

My plans are to sort out all the bodywork replace the front and rear bumpers with the 16valve ones, debadged grill with the bonnet extension, clear front and side indicators, hid kit, new wheels but unsure what wheels to get yet and maybe lower it, ( that depends if the miss's will let me lol but think i will without her knowing lol)

Let us know what you all think and any other tips there are to do to them
