ITS BEEN PAINTED I'm so happy with the results the work has payed off... its also sitting on these FOR NOW... a set off 16inch black team dynamics mulitispokes... theres a few bits and bobs that need sorting just needs the grille put back on and a new drivers door handle as its broken. I'm really happy with it the only regret i have is not smoothing the VW badge off the boot :( that can allways come later though

Full front GTI Brake setup. This acctually makes a massive diffrence it stops so well with it just being a 1litre on these brakes. and i quite like the red paint sticking through the spokes :p

AND it was about time lets face itt COILOVERSSSS got some JOM ones of ebay for £205 fitted them yesturday and I'm over the moon with them need abit less camber on the front and the back needs to come down abit but that will be getting sorted this week

haven't updated in ages!! :(

However i have fitted a De-cat manifold.. which made no noticable diffrence in sound or performance hahah

Other than that i have lowerd the car further sprayed the front VW badge black, got a blue stickerbombed fuel cap, got all the centre caps for the wheels as one was missing and a stubby aeriel (not pictured) so minor bits and bobs really just a few little touches this is how its looking now

ICE/AUDIO!!! so along with my sony CD/MP3 headunit I've allready got I've bought some Pioneer door speakers to replace the standard ones

And i fished one of my dads AMPS out of his unit and I've had this custom built subwoofer box with two subwoofers init its got a plexiglass/plastic see through section on the top so you can see inside and see the subwoofers with two holes cut out either side for the bass to come out (really bad description il get a picture up)

yeahh so I've orderd the wiring for it so should have all the audio up and running later this week cant wait

You mean paint them white? I would like them white but like i say il be getting new wheels after winter :)

Taking it thats your old manifold? Where you get the decat one from and get some pics up of it fitted :) . Mine has the center cat out with standard manifold looking for 4-2-1 atm

It is legal font and spacing. But strictly speaking no i dont think it is beacuse I've still got 7 numbers/letters however I've had police look at the car in traffic, pulling out of petrol stations etc and no:1 has ever said anything about it :)

@randell6n2 no that is the decat manifold lol, its not a 421 it is a genuone vw part so these must of been fitted to some polos as standard my old one had the Cat incorpated into the manifold.. So in theroy this should free up abit of air but with these 1 litres they're so slow theres acctually no point in any engine mods as you cant tell any diffrence this is the last engine mod il be doing to this 1litre engine, my coilovers and gti brakes have enhanced the feel and performance off the car alot more

So fitted my AMP which has been screwd to the back off the custom built sub box which has 2 Subwoofers init.. this makes me smile :)

I then picked up some new wheels there 15" TSW Hockenimes fitted with stretched Nankangs

So i did like them bit as my previous wheels where also black i decided to opt for a coulour change so got prepping and spraying it is only a rattle can job that I've done myself in my dads unuit but still i think theyve came out pretty well!

i wanted something that was gonna stand out but still look classy so i went for a coulour called VW/AUDI Cosmic gelb... (Gold basically lol)

Oh yeah as you can see I've also fitted a GTI honeycomb grille :)
