right for sale is my mk1 1989 1.2 8v nova.

i bought this car about 2 months ago and have now decided i would like something a bit different, i was going to put the 2litre redtop in as a project but havnt really got the time at the moment.

when i bought the car the owner before had sprayed it matt black over the original paint job (white), so i have sprayed it back to white but its not really the best job but looks ok. the boot is still black as i havnt had the money to finish it off.

the interior is pritty clean and is fitted with a pair of celica bucket seats that are ajustable and reclinable. everything else is original.

the only bad things about the interior is that the carpet has been cut underneath the passenger seat but is not an expensive replacement and there is no headunit as it didnt come with one.

right onto the exterior...the paint isnt brilliant as it was done with rattle cans so it is a bit patchy as u would imagine from some angles.

the front grill has no mesh as it was cut out (not sure why) but doesnt affect it in any way.

the exhaust is a bit big for my liking but does sound good tbh from inside and out of the car.

also the rear bumper is not lining up properly on the sides not sure if this is a common fault with these cars of if it is just because it is old.

I've also smoothed the rear boot lock off.

the engine runs really nice i have had no problems with it at all since owning it, and its only on 54,000 miles! the reason it is this low as it was off the road for 5 years a while ago.

it has had new calipers on the front which as done by the previous owner as was a service about 6 months ago. also has had a new coil as the old one went and a new cv joint on the passenger side which i replaced myself.

it is also fitted with coilovers on the front which are about 4 months old and 100mm springs and uprated shocks on the rear. all tyres have good tread on them.

so apart from the paint work this is really a good little car with low mileage and loads of service history. i even have the card from the first owner!

the mot is untill june and the tax is until the end of june also.

been as honest as i can about this car as i think everyone deserves to know!

Still for sale.. Need to get rid of it so £400 takes it.

Will need some work on the rear arches to get through the mot which is the reason for the price.

yeah 400 is the lowest i would go unfortunately matey, these cars do hold their money a bit, but couple things need doing to it so hence the price is so low.

yeah use to go down there alot lol, its a great fun lil car tbh!
