Hi all I'm checking to see if anyone wants this as a whole before i brake it for spares

will keep it short but if anymore info wanted please just ask :-)

first of here are some pics

wheels have no tyres and only one is finished in black with red wheel tape all have been bored out to fit polo

has 16v bumpers cost me about £100

coilovers cost me £100 secondhand

£260 recon gearbox fitted

has a spare gearbox, when i got the car reverse did not work and the first replacement gearbox i bought was wrong its push rod and this car is cable

MOT and TAX have now ran out

not after allot but would sooner it all go to one person that will finish rather than pulling some bits off and scrapping the rest but scrap value is high at the moment

all parts with it wheels, spare gearbox etc etc £300 ovno

could sell

coilovers £80-100

Mini pepperpots £50

Bumpers £60-100

Gearbox i paid £100 of someone on here

Scrap value £150 minimum at my local yard

so i dont think £300 is a bad price since your getting a lot more for the money i just dont want to scrap it

What are the problems with the car mate? Apart from no mot and tax :) definitly intetested!!

because the car is so low it has a little toe in or out cant remember

other than that she just needs a fair bit of work to finish to a GOOD standard

but the main problem this was going to be my work horse but due to cost of another cars Tax, MOT, insurance, and fuel my wife has allowed me to use my GTO as a daily driver

i like the polo but having the chance to use the GTO as a daily I've lost interest in finishing the polo
