6n2 Polo - My Paddy!

Featured Replies

Well i'm new to this forum so thought i'd put up a few pictures of my Polo and introduce myself.

This is my first car and i've had it for 3 years, modifications are as follows :

Appex springs 40mm drop

Bathust (Lupo GTI) 15" alloys with 205 toyo tyres

RMS CAT back stainless steel exhaust system

Tinted front and rear windows and black viynl strip down door pillars

Stubby aerial

Honeycomb front grill

Front Spotlights

Interior red LED's in footwells

Interior red light

Full Red/Black GTI interior inc. door cards and gear stick

Upgraded speakers front and back with new gamma head unit and 6 disc auto changer

K&N Air filter

Calipers painted red and drums silver

Green stuff EBC brake pads

GTI Spoiler

GTI front splitter

I'd be really interested on your views/opinions on the polo so far and any suggestions for the future as I still have a lot I would like to do.

Main aim is to do an engine conversion, preferably take the 20v 1.8t engine from the MK4 Golf......replace the tiny 1.4 that occupys the space currently :p Thats the dream haha - give me a few years ;)

Have you got a walk-through of how to add the LED's to the foot well?

i fancy adding some to mine :D

and i must say, by looking at yours, 40mm doesn't look too bad; i wouldn't go any lower tho

aye mate 40mm is as low as i want to go at the moment.....too many potholes and pesky speed bumps!

and not got a walk through sorry, retro fitted them myself. Just wired them to the ignition and ran cables under the carpets to the back seats so their hidden.

I also changed the interior light to a red LED, that looks awesome when you open the door during the night :D
