Unless you know it's location, it's on a bridge 40ft over the London to Manchester train tracks and the Daytona cart track, so if the road does flood the trains would have to be submarines

The picture does'nt quite show the fact that the road is sloping down from the roundabout at the top of the picture so at best you would only get a few mm's of water but if it was to flood then the rail track underneath would be in serious trouble
