Blocked breather symptoms, but its not blocked!?

As the title says I have the symptoms of a blocked breather, oil coming through seals and oil level dropping slowly over a period of time, yet I have had it all off and it's all clear and I can blow through it.

Does anyone have any suggestions whats causing these symptoms?

The engine is a gtabd also if thats any help.

I would try with a compression test to start with.

Piston rings I'm afraid :(
