What an epic motor that Datsun is. Literally priceless in image, you could use it anywhere and on any occasion, and look cool as fk.

GM steelies looking good on the 6n2, as well. Shame about the Vectra!

I'm not even going to list all the cars I've owned or I'd be here all night. I'd say I'm at least on number 100.

Was brought up a Fordhead, owned loads of modified Fiestas, Escorts and Sierras, my first car when I passed the test was a Sierra Sapphire with a bored out 2.1 pinto runnint a pair of 32/36 Webers, pulled straight out of a rally car.

Ended up being trained as a Peugeot mechanic (hence the username lol), had a lot of fast Pugs.

I'm on my 5th Polo now (My Dad has been driving Polos since 1989 so it's in my blood!) Love Polos, love the reliability. Have hardly lifted a spanner on my Breadvan other than fitting a new exhaust system and a new spring.

My current other rides are a 205 derv (handy for throwing my toolbox in) and a Citroen ZX 16v.

My first car was a 205 GR which ran a GTi interior and twin 40s - was making about 130bhp so it really flew and was quite capable of chasing GTi-6s about.

After a year or so I also had two Citroen ZX Volcanes (2.1 stroked 16v and TD with a CX 2.5 engine) at the same time as the 205, both modified to some degree but I preferred the derv one (oddly!).

Place I got the from was the garage that did the work on my 205 and they had loads of Citroens (including at least 3-4 ZX 16vs and 6-7 BX GTis!) so when the 205 got written off I swapped the ZXs for a BX GTi 16v 4x4 (yes the 4WD drive worked, yes I had them swap the ZX 16vs engine into it and yes they are incredibly rare!) and a 405 1.8i Quasar saloon.

Then I had a VAG car - headgasket failure so replaced by a hideous Fiat Punto.

Hated that so got a Citroen Xantia 2.0 16v VSX.

Sold that to my dad and then had VAGs since.

Oddly - the 405 and the Xantia plus the three small cars I have had since (Fabia estate and two Polos) are the only ones that haven't been a red of some colour!
