Was at work the other week and stumbled across this box......

now in my day lego wasnt anywhere as near exciting and I'm tempted to go and buy this just to make and display. even comes with proper interior bits (ill try and upload some more pics).

I'd dread to think how much monies worth of lego I've got up in the loft. Like a idiot tho I've lost all the instruction so just have a massive container of blocks

I think the smaller of the two pirate ships I had was over £100 when I got it. Not really played with it for years but if I could find the instructions or replacements I'd happily build them up to display about the house

Tecnics lego was more my thing tho, I had an f1 car with a V8 in it with moving pistons and fully working suspension and steering, and also a jcb with functioning hydraulic digging equipment

I had the fire station and some of the road sections. had afew different vehicles too, just cant remember what they were!!

Also, guy, you can download the instructions, i had a session of Lego sorting and making up old sets with the downloaded instructions, took FOREVER but i had like a whole self sufficient city in my living room...fucking awesome! Even had a race track and a football pitch!

there was a little lego truck laying around next to the computer until very recently. used to spend days and days playing with it. May get blind drunk later and dig it out for a laugh
