Silver Mk3 GT

Featured Replies

I've only owned this car for a month or so now so I'm abit sceptical of putting this up but we will see...

Mk2f Polo GT

105k

1 months tax at the moment

Couple of months MOT, will have to check exact.

Engine:

1.3 MPI GT engine fully rebuilt at 100k, only going off what previous owner told me but you can tell by the engine bay trust me

Schrick 268 camshaft

PoloAce 8k chip

Stainless steel 4 branch manifold and powerflow exhaust system, seen less than 1000 miles!

Bodywork and exterior:

Fully resprayed in satin silver i beleive, genuinly is stunning!

Full GT arches in great condition

GT badge on front grill

Rear badges painted black

Dewipered rear

Wheels and suspension:

Pirelli P slots in good condition with 4 good 195/45/14 toyo proxes

Phil J lowering kit all round, springs and shocks with adjustable shocks on the rear

VW11 front brakes

Interior:

Custom leather retrimmed GT seats with 'GT' embroided into headrests

Stripped out rear with false floor

OMP strut brace which is nearly brand new!

Blaupunkt CD/Aux player

Black carpet + headliner

Bad points:

Every car has them....

Paintwork is beautiful but there are a few marks as expected of the car this age, dont know how long ago it was painted so cant comment.

Engine idles high sometimes on a morning until warm, usually lasts like 5 minutes then back to normal

Sometimes abit jerky when cold but i have been told the ignition timing may need adjusting, when warm its totally fine, i barely ever drive when cold anyway.

Front bumper sagged slightly which is common with these cars, also rear bumper has a slight raised part, i have a spare to go with the car though

All in all its a beautiful car and so clean! have had so many people compliment it in the short time I've owned it.

Only reason I'm putting it up is because i kind of fancy a mk1 golf, i dont want a sale so please take note of this, just a swap with abit of cash either way.

For arguements sake i will say £1500 for a sale
