Warning !

Featured Replies

Just though i should let people know that if you can avoid ordering parts from venom motor sports , do !!!

I have ordered from them twice now . The first time i ordered some suspension and after being told it would be a few weeks i waited, and waited, and they never came . So i call up and get told that the order is on the way . So i wait. Then i ring again to find out that they dont have the ones i ordered and they have to send me something different . So after two months of phone calls and not having them ring me once i finally got my product. Far to late if u ask me.

The second order was made two- three weeks ago for some 20m spacers (each side) and extended bolts to fit my mk2 polo. When they arrived they were only 10mm on each side. so i sent them all back and over a week later the correct ones arrive with no extended bolts . What do they think i am going to put the wheel on with ??? ! So i rang up and they said the forgot to send them so they sent me some wheel bolts that were more like scaffolding poles than bolts. They are far to long and now i am waiting for some shorter ones .

This is a WARNING to everyone that is thinking of ordering from venom motor sports.

I know this is a bit of a rant but if i can help anyone can avoid this kind of poor service i will.

Good luck

They did actually send me something wrong. I ordered some chrome metal door pulls, but they sent tacky plastic ones, and then claimed they had sent the right ones. I sent them back, and eventually got the right bits. Guy was a bit of a toss over the emails though

Never had issues myself but I have heard of others

This. Though I have only bought things like filter elements, nowt too pricey or hard to get wrong!

Never had a problem with venom, I've used them a good 30 times over the last 2 years. No issues.

My m8 ordered from them through ebay and he got messed around to !! Will save my self the trouble next time .

You do know you could just cut the wheelbolts down and it says on their website that 20mm spacers = 10mm each side.

Never bought from them myself however...

I had a few bad experiences with these clowns.

They wont be getting any more business from me.

I ordered them on the phone and i was very specific because i told him that i already had 10mm on each side :s

yeah they suck! i've been waiting almost 3 months for lowering springs and shocks, i've contacted them on several occasions (they have yet to contact me) and all they can do for me is offer cheaper parts.
