RSL Cults - Fitment Classique

Featured Replies

I am tempted to sell my wheels but as I'm in no rush and i need the money to go towards the next set, i have set the starting price as £650 collected, as follows.

14" x 8" et 15 all round.

Comes with spigot rings to get down to vw 57.1.

4 Brand new un-driven 165/55/14 Nankang AS-1s (£170 + £40 fitment)

Custom smoothed face recesses, give the illusion of even deeper.

Custom machined centre caps - hotrod spike style opposed to normal pointy spikes.

Fully refurbed and painted in Gloss black inc black bolt covers if needed.

All 4 balanced and pretty much perfectly straight, only 1 weight per wheel if i remember correctly.

my thoughts exactly.

my description of the wheels is very thorough, they really are mint.

the pictures show what the wheels look like & how they can sit on a polo.

the price isnt as high as you think when you take off £200 for new tyres+fitment, not to mention the work thats gone into them and money to make them 1 off.

I'm not being arrogant either, anyone after some perfect fitment wheels, snap them up!

Tbf, i can see where Musto is coming from. The pictures seem to be kinda whoring the car (which by the way looks awesome). Can't really make out the wheels, which at the end of the day, is what you're selling.

Some close ups of the wheels/side on pictures i think would maybe help. The pictures as they are mainly just show the tyre stretch, and not the actual insides of the wheels.

GLWS though.

Forgive the off topic post, but what coilies are you running?

are you stupid?? Not one picture shows the wheels decently! Screw how much work went into them and how they look on a polo! Your selling the wheels not a story! They are what they are! You'll never sell them on this advert!

Wasnt saying there too expensive but its alot of money to anyone, so would be nice to see the item in question!

The photo's are pretty shit for a wheel for sale add

When I sell wheels I do the photo's with the wheels off the car and in good light with photos of them individually showing that there is no damage (or if there is detailing it). Seems to be the common way to do it too, no need to get pissy when some one suggests some thing that may help you sell them

some pictures straight on at the wheels to avoid shadows will help tbh :)

Agreed with the above, it's just advise to get a good sale. The spec list is good tbh and the pictures show the way they sit on your polo but in no detail does it show the "work" that went into them or the conditions.

Good luck on the sale btw. Xxx ;)
