What do you mean? I haven't done anything to the vents...

Well they're not standard.. the two outer vents have tartan trim on them by the look of it, and I dunno what's going on with the centre two ?

They having matching trim to the head lining which I did not do. The centre two have air fresheners on in the photo, there's nothing different they still do what they're meant to do just a previous owner before me changed the trim.
