After providing the police with the details of who was driving the vehicle at the time, what time limit do they give you to pay the fine?

I know its 28days to get the form back to them, but what about getting the money to them?

Cheers! :crybaby:

After you've sent the N.I.P back (Notice of intended prosecution) then they will most likely send you a fixed penalty notice, payable within 28 days. This can take forever to arrive, but if it hasn't come within 6 months of the date of offence, then you've slipped through the net and they can't do anything.
