Amp live Wiring done today, Took a few pics to show how I done it:

First i started with taking the front windscreen wipers off to get to the scuttle. Once that was removed I had a look at were the bonnet release cable ran (drivers side). The on the passenger side there were two rubber grommets (Were the cable would be for Europe models). With this then noticed there was the exsact same a few inches behind underneath the windscreen. So me and my dad got a long sharp bit of steel cable (Fencing wire) and poked it through both of these grommets and to no surprise there it was under the dash. So we widened the wholes in the grommets and fed the cable through. Took around 3hours as of us not having the right tools and being physically tricky. Saves drilling the bulkhead and is worth the time.

Remove this access panel makes it allot more easier than lying on your back:

I would have mounted my amp into the box. But it looks smart. How hard did you find routing the wires? I have a 9n, but am put off upgrading the ICE due to the hassle of having up the carpet etc.

Cheers. I was told not to so I made a mount and stuck it there. Erm the only problem I had witch was the live from the battery but I haven't taken any carpets out and can get all the cables out within 10 mins. :) tucked under trims and through the centre console :) easy job.
