Yep, time to lube up and bend over.

mine dont even allow me to mod so i've also thought about putting it in my dads name a puting it on his trader policy and buying a 1.0'l heap so i'm cover 3rd party to drive my DADs polo wink wink lol

I take it your 17/18................ and your thinking of a turbo?

Noooo! that why premiums go up because people lie on their insurance etc.... dont do it... pay the price and earn the NCB i payed £2.4K my first year, then £1.7K and now I'm paying £1.2K just got to ride the insurance out till it evens out and you can afford to pay it.... only do what you can afford, then there's no way of getting up shits creek

How old are you??

you do realise you wont be able to get fully comp unless your 25 or older?

Unless trade insurance works differently?

yep damm straight why not i've got mates that drive 1600t vxr's

i put myself in the sendible driver catorgory i think I'm a decent driver obviolsy not very experienced or the best but I'm not a nobhead driver

I'm fairly used to driving more powerful cars well.... my dads tdi passat and moms 3 series probly more often than the polo atm with breakdows etc

just stick with your car until insurance stops rapeing you too much I'm sure you would rather a ok car rather than having a crash without delcared mods which will mean invalid insurance which will mean no licence a shit load of debt and you wont be getting raped by insurance... it will be some russain body builder in the showers

Or move into the country side :D

i have fully comp so I'm insured to drive any vehicle thats already insured thrid party

its not illegal in anyway i will have my own insurance on a 1.1 saxo which i already own all it means it changing the polo over to my dads name and policy its 100% legit i have it in black and white from my insurance and niether is it fronting as its my insurance

Fully comp does not always have DOC cover, in fact I'll bet most insurers don't offer it until you are 21.

what is doc

what is doc

"Drive Other Car"

mine is for sure i checked and double checked then got them to send it me in black and white

if i do as i plan it will not be illegal in any way at all I'm not that stupid and plus my dad wouldnt let me do it with his insurance as it would void his policy i guess

its 100% legit

As far as I'm aware, with all companies, its 25 to be able to drive other cars

Not saying your lying, I'm probably wrong. Just seems a bit iffy.

tbf thats what i thought thats why i got them to give it me bacl and white its also a young driver policy suppose differnt insurers etc

What company Is this with out of curiosity?

hmmmm, whats that smell???

hmmmm, whats that smell???

*sneezes*

Sorry, I'm allergic to bullshit

Not saying your BS'ing, just had to get that in there

My brother was covered to drive any car on his insurance over two years ago when i needed him to bring my MK2 back from Aylesbury. I even looked at his insurance, it was there third party only for any car he didn't own, there in black and white.

This was 2-3 years ago. He was born in '87.

Kwick fit full comp offer DOC third party.

I went fully comp with them when i was 19 the DOC was on my certificate rang them up to check and they said thats what they offer.

Also been pulled over by poice drivng other vihicals and all seems fine.
