I think you were mad for selling that bready.

looks like a strong little project... what tyres u going for? guessing a big drop is on the cards with 15's?

how come you left the box mount in situe when you removed the engine?

15x6 wheels front and 16x7 wheels rear? Will this not be detrimental to the handling?

I dont reckon so with the right tyre combo Barn... few of the knowledgeable g40 lads run.15's iirc... Thinking of doing the same on my black g...

Edit....

Didnt notice 16's on rear... would be detrimental to handling (dependant on tyre combo) and to your arches!!! Never seen 16's on anything earlier than.a 6n... but would be interested to.see this mate even if its not just a typo!

I was hoping it was a typo hence my question :-)

15" wheels work on a well powered polo with the right tyres on. Don't think the 'Whacky Races' look would be great for handling.

sorry lads, the wheels are 15x6 and 15x7 lol

That makes more sense :-)

Looks good. What bike carbs will you be running it on?

that bready was beautiful but a 1.6 16v 2f will be beautiful too, keep me updated with pictures ;)

keep us updated on the engine fitting, rough guide would be good too :-D

this looks promising!

those wheels, you say they are new... new as in new from a shop, or new 2nd hand? lol

They look shop new from the picture.

Very cool project man, should be fun to drive and those wheels, offffttt!
