Time has come to sell the my passat. I'm only getting rid of it as i'm after a ratty looking beetle. if you dont about this passat, it is american spec model as it was bought and used on Mildenhall airbase (american airforce base) up until a few years ago. have the paperwork to show. since then it has had a few owners within the VW circle.

Good points:Coilovers fitted all round, (i didnt fit them, already on the car when i bought it). Full set of wind deflectors front and rear. ICE consists of kenwood speakers in the dash, Kenwood CD player with ipod/usb connection, kenwood 10 inch sub in the boot and edge 800watt 4 channel amp. US rear tub/plate holder. Leather interior (seats and door cards) with black load liner.

In the time i have had i have done a few things to it:

fitted new front engine mount

service (oil and filter change, replaced plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm)

replaced n/s driveshaft.

new brakes front and rear

new rear wheel bearings (inner and outer)

new brake caliper on the o/s/r

new handbrake cables

and timing belt

Bad points:Theres only a couple of things to point out really. the steering rack gaiters are split either side, will supply a pair of new ones. Also there is a slight blow from the exhuast manifold, again new exhaust and inlet manifold gaskets will be supplied with the car. I just haven't got the time do the work. and one last thing, there is a chip in the windsreen, but its behind the mirror so you cant see it when in the car.
