Got a set of G40 wheels on ebay at the moment, just wondering what I should be aiming for with them?? Did sell a set of 15" RA's a few months ago, much worse condition than these for over 170 quid, only bits that I have found on the G40club are either really cheap for individual wheels or over £200 for a full set..... Just thought I would get you guys take on it.

they dont fetch much being 13", even look small on g40's

Yup. I've only ever seen 1 set go for more but they were mint and had new tyres.

Fair enough, so plenty of variance in price then..... sounds like the £100 starting bid was a wise idea! See where the world of ebay takes them!

The pattern in the center of the wheel is different.

Whats the offsets etc on these?

there are 6j and 5.5j 13" RA's, which have the differences you are discribing

5.5 = G40

6 = Mk1 Golf

Before finding my NOS steelies i was looking at various 13s and watched a few of these.

The 5.5s were et38 and ranged from about 1-150.

The 6s were et33 and even the most hanging set sold early at over 170 because the seller couldn't believe his luck (i had a go at him for ending the auction early because i was prepared to pay 200 and i told him i was sure to get beaten). A tidy set went for about 250.

This was last summer.
