Hi everyone! basically just had my coilovers fitted and the bloke who did it put them like half way down, when i got my car back he said if i go any lower the wishbone joints will snap or something like that? but i wanna go a lot lower! can anyone help? :-D Picture is my car now on 15's :-)

well done, you got your coilovers fitted by a douche. id check all the bolts are done up properly if i were you!

So the manufacturer spent precious resources to engineer further adjustment, but he thinks pressed mild steel wishbones will snap if you make use of that adjustment? Interesting..

Nah, he's bullshitting. You can put the coilies all the way down if you want, you'll probably rub the driveshaft on the chassis leg though.
