they look shit quality mate, they're all peeling off..and they're brand new???

i joke, look swanky, can you fit mine when i buy a house?

Ha that's the protective film to protect the gloss doors from scratches untill the customer moves in then it's all taken off to reveal a shiney scratchless door, i pealed a bit to put on the handles :- )

Of course i can fit your kitchen mate lol with a windy handle so you can lift your lady on the work tops? lol

how is earthstone to work with? we sell it but never really had a go with it you see.

It's crap and over priced, cheap stuff cracks with heat over time too. It takes twice the time compared to a laminate worktop to fit and the finished is just not worth it, 600 pounds for 2.3 meter length of this stuff

I'm a mechanic, this is a dash I took out a Renault:

My mates golf that I completely stripped:

And when I did the head on my polo:

Hopefully these work (on my phone) sorry about poor quality

Do you put stuff back together as well?

I didn't think i would need to post the done pics as its just standard, I do put them back together though... Although sometimes there's a few nuts/bolts left that end up in the bin... If no one knows then its not your fault :ninja::badgrin:

I'm a theatre porter.. It's a laugh sometimes, beer money at the end of the month!

we sell it for 450 for a 3 metre length. from what I gather its better than a laminate top, in terms of durability and can also be repaired if damaged. sure you aren't talking about corian? as earthstone and corian are different. Corian being a Du Pont item whereas Earthstone is by Apollo. though to be fair quartz is a better product as is our wood but we always say don't put a hot pan on the top use pan supports to extend the life of the worktop.

Yup, earthstone mate, you can buff out any scratches and smooth it down regardless of age, it's just not worth it for the price compared to a decent laminate

I'd still have quartz. or a decent slab tech.

I'm a 3rd year apprentice at vauxhall, but seems to be working on anything but vauxhall's at the minute! Rubbish pay, but it is handy having use of the ramps and all the special tools!

I studied here and have an HND in Engineering Design and a Honours Degree in Product Design:

I don't want to work in the oil industry like 75% of Aberdeen do so I chose to work here as a trainer:

I get to wear a tshirt and trainers to work. Win.
