I've been there through work and security is amense

Security at Millbrook is gay compared to some of the European proving grounds! At Idiada in Spain they stick you and your bags through security scanners, camera phones are totally banned - and the security dudes are armed.

Spent far too much time at Millbrook in a previous life, the off-road course there is ace.

True! We nearly got banned from there last year - a supplier tried to go through security with a DSLR; two camera phones and an iPad in his bag after telling them he didn't have a camera...

I'm an apprentice Engineer at BAE systems, no pics though due to security rubbish :p

I can't really take a picture right now because customers will think I'm taking a picture of them.

But basically, I overlook a Volkswagen showroom. Look at spreadsheets, invoices and filing all day long.

I deliver Pizza & curry in this,

And during the day I study Fabrication and welding at college.

Read few nearly all the pages on here some cracking work!

My job title is, composites laminator

Which basically means I make things out of pre preg carbon fibre day in day out.

As I work for an aerospace company most of my work is for the MOD but we also have alot of random Chinese people walking round filming us :/

Here's some random pictures its all pretty much satellite orientated but its where I'm gaining my 3 years experience too move somewhere more f1 lemans orientated.

A finished FA370 completely made from carbon (sprayed obviously)

Quick presses of a DALITE backing structure (prototype) excuse the mould we had a company make it and it was shocking. But we had to use it as it was a rush job that needed to go out. They get filled and painted by the way, and and we usually use carbon moulds.

Well read a lot of these, some intresting jobs out there!

Thought would pop a few of what I do on here.

Work in a smallish print shop, mainly onto vinyl and banners etc but also along as the printing and production side, we vehicle livery and wraps aswell so also getting trained up more on this aswell!

We do alottt of work for monster energy which gives some benifits like VIP tickets to some events.

Also a one off we did on a skate ramp in a skater ( can't remember his name!

Meant to be fairly famous) back garden!

Sweet I used to work for Tradesigns (guess you've heard of them) in Tring before my current job.

Glad I got out of signage though but vinyl is decent

I haven't been there two long, coming up 5 months. Done vehicle wraps and commercial wraps before but was as self employed then. It's a pretty intresting job to do tho and has its perks!

Here what I do now iam fully qualified

working on the class 52... I've rewired the engine ect, fixing fuel lines and air pipes at the moment. theres miles of pipework on this fucking thing.

heres a video of one of the engines running (yes, it has two!) tis the engine i wired up. wanted to see if id done ma job properly ha!

its a mayback MD655 diesel engine, eith a FAT turbo on the top.... smokey as its cold...

Hi everyone I work for mitie in Mk Electric Basildon nothing fancy am just a cleaner which pays me bills and feed the family but I do odd jobs for people anything DIY related and I build custom reptile vivs and tortoise tables

Yup, that's the one. Which building are you in? (not that I'll actually know where it is. I know my building, the lab, and pretty much everything else is a mystery. Particularly the bits that occasionally go 'bang' )

I work for SamsungRetail UK,

and hopefully soon to start with the HWA (Highways Agency) and become HATO (Highways Agency Traffic Officer).

But 1st I will be in the Control Room - Can't wait, all I have to do is pass my Interview on Wed!
