people at work say ime stupid for having over £10k in a 22 year old polo, but hey so what, ime never going to sell it so it doesnt matter to me, i live at home so i enjoy my money :)

its hard work sometimes dude. theres alot of physical work that goes on, everythings so bloody heavy!

theres also a hell of alot of stuff to learn! cars are so much easier lol

But its not boring? I dont mind manual labour, i could do with bulking up a bit

depends what you do, alot of the jobs are very long and tiring, but i wouldnt say it was boring, its pretty cool standing next to a 2700bhp engine while its running haha!

I'm an apprentice at the moment though, so i get to do a massive variety of jobs, I've worked in every part of the depot. i was also recently sent away to work on steam trains which was awesome!

my travel benefits are good too, 75% off all rail tickets, and free travel on any train run by first (which will shortly include virgin hahaha)

From what I've been told its Either mechanical and electrical engineering or maintenence, but as long as I'm not gonna be stood about all day that fine with me

  • 2 weeks later...

i drive, well anything from vans to 100t mobile cranes and pretty much anything in between.

i don't have a boss just customers. :-)
