insurance?

Featured Replies

hey there

I've been looking into buying a 1991 polo gt coupe recently but was worrying about insurance. I'm 20 and passed a couple of months ago.

just wondering if you could suggest some considerate insurance companies??

do you reckon i could get cover for around £1000? (third party)

thanks in advance

cool thanks for the quick reply!

will check them out...

you dont think I'm been too optimistic wanting one of these for my first car??

Nothing wrong with being optimistic :D

Think you'll struggle to get around £1000 though :)

I'm 20 in a month and have been driving for about a month now and my insurance was £640 thrid party fire and theft for a MK1 Polo 1980 900cc Polo L. And i searched for about 2 months for cheapest insurance.

Try swiftcover.com - they were the cheapest around for miles

I managed to get my 2.0L Beetle for less than £700 fully comp and I dont have any No Claims and a newish driver too.
