cambelt and water pump changed less than 10000 miles ago

new brakes and wheel bearings

had the engine flushed and cleaned, new oil filter, air filter and oil change today.

i really have looked after this car and i will be as honest as i can so it has got the odd age related mark but it really is clean.

No there isn't mate I kteep it clean it gets washed and polished every week rain or shine
