are polo lowering kits interchangeable?

Depends on which Ibiza IIRC, mk1 Ibiza's were mk4 polo's esstentially but after that I'm not too sure

I think polo saloon/estate bits fit mk1 ibiza's

Ain't the earlier Ibizas a mk3 golf variant?

My old polo estate (2000 onwards model) used the same coilovers as a polo 6N2 and the ibiza 6K2. Think the ibiza 6K (pre 2000) used the mk4 polo setup.

Ask a company that supplies coilovers and they will confirm it but i am pretty sure that's correct.

**more info**

Note the part number of the following item (Seat ibiza):

example ibiza coilovers

Same part and number for the following (polo 6N):

examples polo coilovers

So same coilovers for the polo and the ibiza just make sure to buy the ones for the correct year and you should be fine.

If the ibiza model is later than this i can't help as i have no knowledge of later ones and you didn't specify a model year.

Hope this helps.

if its this shape then I'm not sure sorry:

ran mk4 polo coilovers as a temp on my mk3 cupra, just need to change to topmounts

These are MK3 Golf at the front, i had to change the top mounts on my old '97 GTi. Big bastards compared to the 6n's things.

Same shape Ibiza ran from K-reg to the end of the '90s, that's the shape mine was.

The MK1 Ibiza was a late '80s thing based on a Fiat, before VW got involved (although Porsche had involvement with the engine), they're pretty much extinct now and nothing's interchangeable with 6n stuff - though a Punto turbo lump goes in nicely.

And mk2 caddy vans as mine has an ibiza front end :)
