6n crumpled sill

Hellooo! Went for a drive today and some bright spark in än mg forced Me off the road and up a curb -.-

The n/s sill is a write off to say the least...

How would i go about repairing/ replacing it. I'm pretty sure u cant buy another sill and bolt it on and i have no idea how to go about it.

If anyone could help Me out i'd b sooooooo gratefull

I'm sure you could get a replacement sill its fitting it I'm sure there full welded on. and sealed ? somebody might be able to shed some light onit.

Cheers tom, its the sideskirt as well as the sill, more pissed off that the sideskirt is crumpled as thats on plain view u see. Could i buy some standard valver skirts u reckon?

yeah i thought they wo welded cos mine were quite rotten i was going to replace but just patched em up lol

erm i think they are, thinkso hmmmm looking at this id say yeah have a look http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/V-W-POLO-1994-20...=item2c55bc899f

From the looks of things id say they are, but that one looks like its made out of plastic and mines metal? Pretty cheap to buy but like u said its the fitting and painting thats gna kick the wallet up the arsenik

hmmm yeah never done out like that so i wouldnt like to say how easy it be todo. I'm sure someone one here will ave done it before and might be more help than me
