I'm sure i saw somewhere that there isnt actually a test for turning a car into a pickup, and as it cant be used without a test (which there isnt) it cant be used again

I'm sure there is a test now as hav air turned a mk2 saloon into a pick up on air and it was all done properly and made road legal and was in fastcar and performance vw so they must have put it through an sva as it was the owner of hav air that built it for his son as his first car I think the no test thing is just rumours tbh

I'm just waiting on a quote to change my polo into a pick up, needs alot of welding and fabrcation, did you turn your polo into a pick up at all ?? and how far did you get with the research, because I'm putting the roll cage on the back it will make the back heavier, see my picture to see what i mean. evening out the power to weight ratio id like to hear some info back please
