Was cleaning my polo today drying off with 2 panels left to go and is starts bloody raining and thundering! I beat a hasty retreat to the garage and dried her off best I could in there.

Same thing happened to me the other day. I spent ages giving it a good clean and clay bar, then just before I have time to buff of the high gloss protection it started pissing down

I know a few of my neighbours found it funny

Better than washing it and birds shit on it right after you put your stuff away. TOO MANY TIMES Also my road is super dusty and there are two trucks that drive past twice each every day at like 40mph so my car gets covered in grit so washing it is a pain the arse.

Yeah I know your pain on the bird shit, seems they only do it to my car when it's clean as well! Yeah those lorries sound proper annoying, glad I live off the beaten track a bit otherwise that'd proper do my nut.

I've just put my new bumpers on, Was Raining when i went to collect them, Then sunny when I left, half was fitting them small shower, then sun, then massive downpour drenching me and now its boiling hot and sunny again, and there's still black clouds on their way!!

I'm glad for the rain, so I can dust off my old friend...

i think i jinxed myself its been sunny here all day so i go out to lower car abit more and it starts pissing down, i do both fronts give up cause of the rain come inside and now its stopped

The last two times I have cleaned my car its bloody rained. It is quite satisfying the water bead off freshly polished paintwork however

It's really annoying when it rains this frequently! Grrrrr!!
