Indy's Polo For Sale - £2750! 12 Months MOT

Featured Replies

VW Polo 1.4 8v SE (Aircon and full electrics)

2001 Y Reg

After 5 years of ownership, the time has come to put the Polo up for sale. Since I got my Audi back in October, the Polo hasn’t been driven, so keeping hold of it is a false economy.

I’m after a quick sale, so don’t be scared to make me an offer!

Please contact me at indybhogal89@gmail.com or 07800571426. I work 9-5 in an office, so if you text me with your details, I'll call you back.

• Absolutely stunning condition inside and out. Only 1500 miles covered since respray and retrim. Wheels could do with a re-polish for summer if being honest.

• 1 previous owner.

• 100k miles (mostly motorway) – not taken on the road since October. Kept in a heated garage.

• 12 months MOT.

• Full service history until I started servicing it myself a year or so ago.

• Tons and tons of receipts and paperwork

I have owned this car since April 2007, and have spent thousands on it since and it really is a show stopper. It turns heads wherever it goes. All work has been carried out properly with no expense spared. A lot of the features on this car were U.K. firsts on a MK5 Polo (trimmed upper dash, polished RSL Cults, Ferrari 458 stitched seats, carbon grill, trimmed door seals). I have really paid attention to detail, and have built the car slowly over 5 years.

This is a seriously well looked after car with a huge spec list. I have added the prices paid for all the work done which just shows how much money I’ve put into this project, and to re-iterate how much car you are actually getting. This really is one of the most complete cars out there. All it ‘needs’ is an engine transplant to complete it.

Spec list I can remember, with guide prices. I really have spent a crazy amount on this car and it scares me reading it back!

I should perhaps also add, the car has had the following in the last 8 months:

New electric window regulators - both sides (£127 per side).

New driver's seat belt (£144)

A serious amount of money has been spent on this car. Someone can get a real bargain here.

Sold. Even with the 'gay pink' interior, which isn't actually pink.

Only took 3 months..

Pretty quick that for a modified car these days.

I wasn't in a rush and I don't need the money so I'm not fussed about the time it took to sell.

It's the gay pink interior. It's ugly

Sorry but why would you come on this forum to give grief to people about their cars, he wanted it like that so thats what he did, people have their own style and dont expect stupid comments from people who expect cars to sell straight away, this car has obv had a lot of time and money spent on it so why cant you just respect that instead of putting pathetic comments over the internet, its a for sale thread not a "slate peoples car thread", had to be said, mint car tho Indy
