Believe it or not, the true get out of jail free card is in the first sentence!

They have not sent you a fine, it is in fact an INVOICE. Private companies cannot hand out "fines". Only the council/govt can fine someone.

Best thing to do is just ignore the wankers. Once you have recieved a couple of threats about not paying the "fine" *cough*invoice*cough*, write to them saying that you intend to sue them for harrassment, and they will run a fucking mile.

They will NEVER take you to court over it because if they loose (which they will and they know it) not only will it cost them shit load of money, it will also destroy their entire industry.

Actually just read this out to everyone in work, they're all in stitches :p
