Its now insured and taxed so I've been driving it most of the day to see clients etc... And the ride is very harsh, its on a 40mm shock and spring kit so I might go for coilovers first, if its gunna be uncomfortable it might aswell be low. But at the same time when I've got the cash I might just get bored and buy wheels I DONT KNOW.

It's really not enjoying being driven at the moment so it's booked in to get the front wheel bearings done next week and ill give it a service aswell. Bank holiday weekend and I get paid tuesday :(

I've just seen you can get brand new 155 70 13 contis on ebay for £19.50... Rang the guy up and he obviously wont take them back, but he said hes fit a few sets of tyres for me for free, I should fucking think so!

tbh i think you should fit some tyres round him, add a dash of petrol and ignite which whatever you deem acceptable.

(note this is a joke and I am in now way suggesting steve should actually do this)

No real updates, just have it a proper clean yesterday:

Braided hoses and wheel bearings should be done this week

Mega clean, Put trims on at least lol

I think you might just have over cleaned it

haven't got any trims, fucking skint atm so I'm gunna make sure it's mechanically sound first.

Sadly not mate, need to find some fine detailing brushes to get into the door shuts, if I can't afford mods I might aswell clean it...

It just completely lost power, so could it either be spark or fuel? It's got fuel thats not the problem, but the revs just dropped, could this be the fuel pump?

As I live with a woman, i always expect the worst lol...

My mate came over, checked the voltage in a few plugs, disconnected and reconnected a few things and it started up fine. Just needs some love i think, so I've ordered the service parts and it should be done saturday.

new dizzy time stevo, sounds like your hall sender could be on the way out. did you notice if the rev counter went crazy at the same time? (thats if yours even has a rev counter, i'm not sure

The revs just dropped completely, you reckon it's definitely the hall sender? These common to go?

It looks like its had a new fuse box at some point, but I didn't get any history with it do I don't know what needs doing... A mate said it could be a relay aswell? It's not starting at all now :(
