From the forsale ad for the car:

Headgasket, water pump and Timing Belt done at 163k (ish) – However the Timing belt then snapped in October last year, so the head has been re- skimmed, 3 new valves installed, new valve stem oil seals, new cam seal, head all cleaned up and tested by a VW specialist engineer (have receipt to prove). The cambelt snapped due to oil contamination, as the cam seal had been leaking. This is therefore sorted.

Does this have all ancilliries and wiring loom/ecu?

its got the ecu and some wiring, not sure what I'm gona have to keep for my afh has no sump or alternator though, but any mk3 items will be fine for this
