Someone try to steal the rear wiper blade and they broke the rear wiper alarm along with it.

I been to the vw dealership and they are charging £21.96 for the rear windscreen wiper arm.

Do the rear windscreen wiper arm come with the cover as standard or they charge extra for the cover?

Which other car manufacturer uses the same parts seen on a 2011 polo?

If you think the dealership price is too expensive then where is the cheapest that I can buy this part?
