yea theres bubbles on the car but they are being sorted out. this is my 1st ever car, just wanted to know what you mean by mk3? as its a mk2 polo coupe.

It a MK2 facelift (or as some on here call it, a MK3). The MK2 has the round headlights and smaller bumpers ;)

look i no what il take a pic of the log book its a mk2 polo coupe

i dun all the bumpers my self headlights the lot so ino what it is

trust me! :unibrow:

Lookat my avatar pic, that's a MK2. Yours is a MK2F meaning it's a MK2 facelifted.

Some on here call it a MK3, wrongly as they have no substance for doing so, ignore them.

VW, the europeans, wiki etc all recognise it as the MK2F.

Anyway, i couldn't see anything at first until i saw the bubbles, usually a result of poor preparation, subtle is the way to go with vinyl imo so sort the bubbles and i think it'll work.

Looks alright otherwise, wheels will look sweet cleaned up!

am i the only who cant see any carbon fibre??

Looks alright otherwise, wheels look sweet! Nice to see some Revos that don't stick out the arches running over pedestrians and spitting wheelbearings at drivers behind..

This is pretty funny it's a whole different car in my eyes

considering its an L reg (1993) and mk2's were made up to 1990 it is and can only be a mk2f.

does look nice tho dude, loving the revolutions i want a set myself in gold with a polished lip.

Wheels look awesome. Have a set of these myself, but with a weird PCD, so haven't got them fitted yet. Are yours 13x6?

can only just see its carbon on the back, bubbles need sorting which I'm sure ull do

and yeah bud this is a mk2f :smirk:

would look good if you lost the shopping list

It's the same basic bodyshell, same basic engine, same suspension, same steering - only detail revisions seperate them. In fact, early and late MK2's are as different from each other if not more so. Just with them it's under the skin, and with the facelift over the late MK2 it's mainly cosmetic.

If people realised how much different an '85 is from an '87 they wouldn't favour clubpolo's grading quite so much.

would look good if you lost the shopping list

Well there's something most of us will agree on! Pure comedy which was cool for about seven weeks in 1997.
