as for the car, not a fan of the grey carbon as its usually a matt finish some girl at uni has white carbon wrap and its dirty and stained after a month. still, your car, enjoy it.

i payed 80pound for it on ebay, i thought it waz cheap and would hide all the scratsches chips and dents

well me and my bro tried to do it in a weekend as people said it would be not t hard to do so we gave it a good go an the results aint great as every 1 is saying but it wernt that hard to do,i dont no how to get the air bubbles out.

i often find a good hard push towards the edge of the vinyl causes the bubble to "move" and you can work it to the edge and out.

well theres is alot under the passenger door handle u might see it on the pictures also there are alot on the boot also in the 1st pic i put on here u can see right under the car there is a bit that aint stuck down to well and way of gettin it proper stuck so it dont flap around??

I've done loads of carbon wraping to get bubbles out get a sharp pin and pin the bubbles and heat gun it gently while pushing the air out with your finger and the air will escape and the hole u made with the pin will seal its self aswell from the heat

i carbon wrapped my ped i think it looks smart but each to there owe i guess

if you get all the bubbles out and make sure its all cut tidy round the rubbers and that that its stuck down right it will last you 5 years until it discolours and thats with the cheap stuff of ebay the 3m stuff lasts around 7 years from what they say

looks good mate its the first carbon wrapped mk3 I've seen, its good to be different

Not a big fan of fake carbon, but for the sake of 80 quid and a few hours work, its better than a shit paint job or matt black so fair play.

Looks loads better with out the shopping list too.
